TASTING MENUS
We recommend the tasting menus that Hrefna Sætran and the Fishmarket team have put together. Instead of serving guests individually, dishes are prepared in order to be shared. Few courses are served at a time, one after the other during the meal. The selection is between our classic 6 course tasting menu and the 7 course premium tasting menu. Only available for the entire table, however for a minimum of two.

we prepare all of our grilled dishes on our Robata grill with Binchotan charcoals as a direct heat source, being able to heat up to 1400°C. This means any raw material we work with closes quickly, withholding all juices, making everything so juicy at the Fishmarket!
