One of Reykjavík‘s most acclaimed restaurants, Fiskmarkaðurinn, first opened its door in August 2007. The owners, head chef Hrefna Sætran and head waiter Ágúst Reynisson, offer their guests high-quality pure Icelandic cuisine mixed with the dynamic yet cozy atmosphere.

The restaurant has been massively popular since its opening, following the latest and greatest culinary trends – and in fact never better than exactly right now!

In December 2021, on the Fiskmarkaðurinn‘s third floor – a wine bar, UPPI, welcomed its first guests with great success. Working closely together with the restaurant, all staff works both places.
